Consulting Projects A physicians
group was experiencing low employee morale. Farbest Performance conducted
focus groups to get to the root of the problem - lack of communication between
the doctors, office manager and staff. The findings indicated that management
coaching and team building were needed. With these interventions, both productivity
and morale improved.
A regional distribution company went national all at once. Management was concerned about the difficulty of training 13 new divisions on new product lines, job skills and the management culture. Farbest Performance designed a training program to meet this need. As part of this project a step by step training guide was developed for managers to implement in each division. This enabled management to bridge the cultural gap and provide all employees the knowledge and tools they needed to do their job under the new organization. The owner of a manufacturing company was concerned about the ability of their production supervisors and the quality assurance team to work together. Farbest Performance designed a team building training program that resulted in greater teamwork and more productivity. Currently, Farbest Performance is working with a hospital whose senior management saw a need to develop a customer service culture. A project is being implemented to develop the service standards, train all employees, and create a service advocacy group to ensure service is on-going.
